Existing IndusInd Bank Home Loan customers can register a complaint related to the bank’s services through the below channels for effective redressal of their complaints:
Level 1 – Branch
Home loan borrowers can get in touch with the concerned branch manager or the contact centre for redressal of their grievances. The branch manager’s contact details is available on the website or at the respective branch. They can also register their complaints through the complaints register, call on the customer care numbers mentioned above. Level 3 – Principal Nodal Officer
If customers are not satisfied with the responses received from the Escalation Head – Customer Care or they do not receive any response within 7 days, they can escalate their concerns to the Principal Nodal Officer. They should mention their interaction reference number and the first point of contact with the bank while filing the complaint.

The bank also appoints a retired senior banker from another bank as its Internal Ombudsman to strengthen their Grievance Redressal Mechanism. The Internal Ombudsman is responsible to examine customer grievances and any unresolved cases will be referred to him for further scrutiny before sending a final response to the complainant over their grievance.
Level 4 – Banking Ombudsman
Customers can also write to the Banking Ombudsman for an independent review if they do not receive any response within 1 month from the date of their complaint or if they are not satisfied with the response from the Principal Nodal Officer. They can also approach other legal avenues available for Grievance Redressal.
The bank must display the contact details of the Banking Ombudsman of an area at their branches along with the Fair Practices Code and the Code of Bank’s Commitment to customers.
