Grievances Redressal Mechanism:
Level 1
In response to the complaints received in writing, GIC Housing will give an acknowledgement or resolution within a period of seven days from the date of complaint. The acknowledgement will include the name and designation of the official who will deal with the grievance.
Level 2
If the aggrieved customer is not satisfied with the resolution or does not receive the acknowledgment or response within seven days, he/she can write an e-mail or reach the Nodal Officer(s) of the company as under:

Once the complaint is received and assessed, final response will be sent. If more time is needed, the company will send a response within six weeks stating why it needs more time to give a resolution.
Level 3
If the customer is still unsatisfied with the resolution or does not receive response within the given timeframe, he/she may directly approach the regulatory authority of Housing Finance Companies, National Housing Bank, for the redressal of complaints at the address below:
