Home loan customers can login to “Customer Portal” on LIC HFL website (www.lichousing.com) to get access to their loan details and manage or review transactions. The login can be done in the following two methods:
- Enter username, password and security code; or
- Enter loan application number, date of birth and security code
One can click on “May I assist You ?” on Customer Portal, in case of any difficulties in the login procedure. For any service enquiry or grievance, the customer can visit the “Write to us” section on the website and fill the necessary details.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism
The customer can email to email@example.com to raise a complaint or submit a service request/complaint on the “Write to Us” section on the website.
The customer can submit the complaint to the concerned Area Office or Business Centre through email, in writing or by post/courier. The address and email id information are available in the “Contact Us” section of the website. The customer can expect a reply within a period of seven days from the date of complaint.
The customer can mail or call the company’s Customer Relation Officers (CROs), if he/she feels dissatisfied with the resolution provided. CROs will send their final response within 6 weeks after a thorough examination.
If the customer is still not convinced with the resolution provided, the customer can communicate to Regulatory Authority of Housing Finance Companies at the below mentioned address:
