Existing home loan customers who wish to register a complaint or provide a feedback related to the bank's services can use any of the below mentioned methods:
If the home loan customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the bank, he/she can get in touch with the Zonal Nodal Officers.
If there is a delay in providing a resolution to the complaint or if the complainant is not satisfied with the lender's response, they can escalate the matter to the Principal Nodal Officer by sending a mail to support@federalbank.co.in
