Grievance Redressal
City Union Bank customers who are not satisfied with the bank’s service delivery can register their grievances through the below channels for effective redressal of their complaints:
Level 1 – Customer Service Centre/Customer Grievance Portal
Customers who have a grievance regarding the bank’s services can get in touch with the customer service center using the helpline number mentioned above. They can also register their grievance online by filling the ‘Customer Grievance Form’ available on the bank’s website by providing their complaint details along with their name and account number.
Level 2 – Grievance Officer
