You have to follow these steps for RBL Bank bill payment through Netbanking:

• Login to your RBL Netbanking account using your username and password
• Under the ‘Bill Payment’ section, select the ‘Add Biller’ option
• Here, add RBL credit card as your biller
• Once added, you can make the payment directly by entering details such as the amount and the bank account from which the payment has to be done
