Grievance Redressal
ICICI Home loan customers can follow the below procedure to submit a complaint to the bank for resolution.
Level 1:
The aggrieved customer can e-mail their concern by clicking on the ‘Email’ button (on the complaint section of the bank website). Further, the customer has to fill out the form (product/service; complaint related to; complaint type) and mention their e-mail ID registered with the bank.
Level 2:
The customer can download the ‘Complaint Form’ if he/she is not satisfied with the solution provided at level 1. The form can be downloaded from the complaint section and sent to Mr. Phani Kumar Thota, Head – Phone Banking.
The customer can also raise concerns to the Head of Phone Banking by clicking on the “Submit query/request” button from the complaint section of the bank and filling in the necessary details.
Level 3:
If the customer feels dissatisfied with the responses provided at the above levels, he/she can write to Mr. Vinayak M. More, Principal Nodal Officer, by either mailing a physical “Complaint Form’ or by clicking the “email” button on the complaint page.
Further, the customer can register a grievance by dialing number 1800 200 3344 between 9.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m. available from Monday to Friday. Ensure that you provide the Service Request Number (Numeric Digit only) which is not more than 2 months old.
