Paisabazaar Step Up Credit Card Offer Terms and Conditions

1. What is the Offer?

Selected customers who have been officially communicated by Paisabazaar are eligible for this offer. Customer need to create Fixed Deposit/s of Rs.10,000 or above between 28th April, 2022 00:00:00 hours to 10th May, 2022 23:59:59 hours to be eligible for the offer. Customer can make a Single Fixed Deposit of Rs.10,000 or above or multiple Fixed Deposits with total amount of Rs.10,000. Once the Fixed Deposit is created, the customer will be eligible to claim ₹200 in the form of redeemable vouchers (“Offer”).

Vouchers will be given to the customers during 1^st June, 2022 to 31^st July, 2022.

2. How does the customer get Rs 200 voucher?

The Customer shall be eligible for ₹200  voucher on successful Fixed Deposit creation through Paisabazaar platform. The voucher shall be sent to the eligible customers only on the mobile number and the email entered by the customer while applying for the Step Up Credit Card on Paisabazaar and no other mobile number or email id shall be considered for sharing voucher details.

3. What is the offer duration?

The offer will be active from 28th April, 2022 00:00:00 hours to 10th May, 2022 23:59:59 hours.

4. How and when will the customers be eligible for this offer?

Subject to successful Fixed Deposit/s creation through Paisabazaar Platform i.e. www.paisabazaar.com, Paisabazaar Mobile App (Android and iOS) vouchers will be given to the customers during 1^st June, 2022 to 31^st July, 2022. Once the Fixed Deposit/s has been successfully onboarded, the customer will be eligible for claiming the vouchers.

PRELIMINARY TERMS & CONDITIONS –

1. This offer (“Offer”) is being run on www.paisabazaar.com including Paisabazaar mobile application (collectively “Platform”), which is owned and operated by Paisabazaar Marketing and Consulting Pvt Ltd (“Paisabazaar”, “We” or “Our”).
2. By participating in this Offer, the user (“Customer”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“T&C”); and shall also be governed by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy as displayed on the Platform. The terms and conditions as may be applicable on gift cards including Electronic Gift Vouchers, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform.
3. *Amazon.in is not a sponsor of this promotion. Amazon Pay Gift Cards (“GCs”) are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”). GCs may be used only for the purchase of eligible products/services on Amazon.in or other partner sites. 4. All applicable terms and conditions of the individual card issuing banks/ non-banking corporations.
5. The Offer will be active from 28th April, 2022 00:00:00 hours to 10th May, 2022 23:59:59 hours.
6. To participate in the Offer, You must do/ fulfill the following:

• a) Received communication from Paisabazaar for the offer via Whatsapp, SMS or Mail;
• b) Customer must be a Step Up Credit Card customer
• c) Create Fixed Deposit/s through Paisabazaar before 10^th May, 2022.

7. You acknowledge and confirm that you are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorized persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstandings and Paisabazaar shall not be responsible in any manner.
8. By participating in this Offer, it would be deemed that you have given Paisabazaar /Paisabazaar partners your consent to contact You through call, SMS or email on the details provided by You for the purpose of this Offer.
9. Electronic Gift Vouchers ’EGVs’ are not transferable. All the Terms and conditions for Gift Cards listed on www.amazon.in/giftcardtnc shall be applicable.
10. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the EGVs. Paisabazaar/card issuer is not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if the EGV is lost, stolen or used without permission.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS –

1. This offer is exclusive for Paisabazaar customers and is not sponsored by card issuers.
2. The Offer is open to only end consumers and not to resellers.
3. Fixed Deposit/s should be created on or before 10^th May, 2022 23:59:59 hours.
4. Offer is applicable for the customers who create single or multiple Fixed Deposits amounting greater than or equal to Rs.10,000.
5. This offer is applicable on Step Up Credit Card.
6. This offer is not applicable for the employees of Paisabazaar.com and any of its group companies.
7. The EGV shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Paisabazaar, and is not transferable.
8. Paisabazaar reserves the right to determine the eligible customer and such determination shall be as per the terms of this T&C. Paisabazaar.com’s decision in this regard shall be final.
9. The Offer and the related EGV are subject to availability.
10. The Offer is non-transferable.
11. The Offer shall be and is available in accordance with applicable laws and shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law.
12. By participating in the offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use as displayed on Our Platform and during the card application journey.
13. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the customer due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the customer
14. Paisabazaar reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Offer, at any time without any prior written notice
15. Participants are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
16. Paisabazaar reserves the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer. We reserve the right to review and investigate all activities pertaining to your action with respect to the Offer and/or modify the Offer in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate to us.
17. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Paisabazaar
18. Paisabazaar shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in this Offer.
19. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and keep Paisabazaar harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Paisabazaar as a consequence of:
    (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You;
    (ii) violation of applicable laws;
    (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on Your part.
20. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts in Gurugram (Haryana) shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C. Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained only till 10^th May, 2022. Post such date Paisabazaar will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
21. By participating in this Offer, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
22. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
