Level 1 – Branch Manager
Home loan customers can directly approach the branch manager and file their grievance/complaint in the complaint register maintained at the branch.

The Grievance Redressal Officer is responsible for providing the borrower with a resolution or response to complaints/queries/grievances received at the earliest. The home loan lender must endeavor to provide a response within 6 weeks of receiving the borrower’s complaint.
