PNB Card Services offers multiple online payment options, allowing you to pay credit card bills securely and conveniently from anywhere.
PNB Credit Card Bill Payment through Internet Banking
PNB account holders can pay their PNB Credit Card bills through the PNB internet banking portal by linking their credit card to their bank account.
1. Log in to the PNB Internet Banking portal (www.netpnb.com) using your credentials.
2. Link your PNB Credit Card with your PNB Bank account, if not already linked.
3. Select your PNB Credit Card from the available accounts.
4. Enter the payment amount.
5. Review the details and confirm the payment.
PNB Credit Card Bill Payment through Mobile Banking
PNB Credit Card bills can also be paid through your bank's Mobile Banking application by following the below-mentioned steps:
1. Log in to the PNB Genie app or PNB One app using your registered credentials.
2. Link your PNB Credit Card with your PNB Bank account, if it is not already linked.

PNB Credit Card Bill Payment through NEFT
If you have a bank account with a bank other than Punjab National Bank, you can pay your PNB Credit Card bill through NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) by following the below-mentioned steps:
1. Log in to the bank's internet banking portal and navigate to the Fund Transfer section.
2. Add your PNB Credit Card as a beneficiary.
3. While adding the beneficiary, enter the following details:
- Destination Bank: Punjab National Bank
- IFSC Code: PUNB0112000
- Destination Branch: ECE House, New Delhi
- Account Type: Current Account
- Beneficiary Account Number: Your 16-digit PNB Credit Card number
4. Once the beneficiary is added successfully, initiate the NEFT transfer.
5. Enter the payment amount, review the details, and confirm the transaction.
PNB Credit Card Bill Payment through Visa Money Transfer
Here are the steps to your PNB Credit Card bill through Visa Money Transfer:
1. Log in to the bank's net banking portal.
2. Navigate to the Visa Money Transfer section.
3. Enter the required recipient and payment details.
4. Specify the amount you wish to transfer.
5. Review the transaction details and confirm the payment.
Note: The transferred amount is generally credited to the beneficiary bank within 2 working days, after which it is credited to your PNB Credit Card account.
Offline PNB Credit Card Bill Payment Methods
If you want to pay PNB Credit Card bills through cash, cheque, demand draft, or by registering for Auto Debit, you can visit the branch and make the payment.
PNB Credit Card Bill Payment through Over the Counter (Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft)
If you prefer to pay your credit card bill offline, you can visit your nearest PNB branch and make the payment over the counter using cash, cheque, or demand draft. Here is how to do it:
1. Visit your nearest PNB branch.
2. Choose your preferred payment mode—cash, cheque, or demand draft.
3. If paying by cheque or demand draft, draw it in favour of your 16-digit PNB Credit Card number.
4. Write your name and contact number on the reverse side of the cheque or demand draft.
5. Submit the payment at the branch counter or deposit the cheque/demand draft in the designated cheque drop box available at the branch.
Note: Ensure that the cheque or demand draft is correctly drawn in favour of your 16-digit PNB Credit Card number to avoid delays in processing.
PNB Credit Card Bill Payment through Auto Debit
You can also opt for Auto Debit either while applying for a PNB Credit Card or at a later stage. You can choose to automatically pay either the Minimum Amount Due or the Total Amount Due every month.
How to register for Auto Debit:
Option 1: Online
1. Log in to the PNB Credit Card portal (www.pnbcard.in) or the PNB Genie App.
2. Navigate to the Auto Debit section.
3. Select your preferred Auto Debit option.
4. Choose whether you want to pay the Minimum Amount Due or the Total Amount Due.
5. Submit your request.
Option 2: Offline
1. Download the Auto Debit Request Form from the PNB Credit Card website.
2. Fill in the required details.
3. Submit the duly filled form by post to the following address:
