The applicant can speak to the call center executive on customer toll free helpline number 1800-572-7777. Alternatively, the applicant can click “Write to Us” in the Grievance Redressal section of the company’s website or visit the nearest branch to address any query or request. One can also visit the FAQs section readily available on the company’s website.

The applicant can reach out to the SCL Grievance Redressal if the resolution provided at Level 1 is not satisfactory in 7 days. One has to mention the “Service Request Number” or “Interaction ID” created at level 1, after visiting the “Write to Us” section on the website.
The complaint shall be escalated to the Nodal officer if the same is not resolved by the grievance redressal team or the applicant has experienced a breach in TAT (Turnaround Time). Furthermore, if the applicant is dissatisfied with the resolution provided at level 2, the concern can be forwarded to the Nodal Officer at below-mentioned address:
