Existing housing loan borrowers can record their grievance/complaint regarding their products or services. The complainant can register their complaint by post or in person. The complainant can also send their complaint through the following mail id:

Complainants can also lodge their grievance on the Government of India’s Portal for Public Grievances. The link to this portal is present on HUDCO’s website. They should receive the acknowledgement of the complaint within a week and a final response of the complaint within 4 weeks of receipt of the complaint. If any customer is not satisfied with HUDCO’s response to their complaint, the Housing Finance Company (HFC) must inform the complainant on how to take his/her grievance further. The complainants can follow the below escalation matrix for timely grievance redressal:

Level 1

Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) Home Loan Customers can submit their complaints/queries with the designated customer relation officer at the concerned regional office for grievance redressal. The names and contact details of these officers are mentioned below:

Level 2

If customer’s query is not resolved at Level 1 or if the response provided is not satisfactory to the complainant, he/she can escalate the matter to the following officers stationed in the respective regional offices:

Level 3

If the CRO at Level 2 is not able to resolve the complaint or if the complainant does not get a satisfactory response, he/she can approach the Grievance Redressal Officer (GRO) stationed at the Corporate Office. The GRO‘s name and contact details is as follows:

Level 4

If the customer’s complaint is not redressed by the GRO or if complainant is not satisfied with the solution provided, he/she can approach the Appellate Authority for Grievance Redressal at the Corporate Office. The address and contact details of the Appellate Authority is mentioned below:

Level 5

Customers who do not receive a satisfactory reply to their grievance can escalate the matter to the Regulatory Authority of Non-Banking Financial Companies – RBI. The address of the Officer-in-Charge of the Regional Office of DNBS at RBI is as follows:
