  • You can apply for a Home Loan with Vijaya Bank, if you are aged between 21 years and 65 years.
  • Moreover you will be granted a home loan by Vijaya Bank only if you can completely repay your loan by 75 years of age.
  • Vijaya Bank Home Loan department is also giving an option of switching over to Marginal Cost of funds-based Lending Rate home loans (MCLR home loans) from Base Rate-linked home loans by paying a switch over fees.
  • Home Loans offered by Vijaya Bank are term loans, i.e. they have to be repaid in regular payments over a set period of time.
  • The minimum amount of home loan which you can apply for at Vijaya Bank is Rs.1 lakh and the maximum amount of home loan at Vijaya Bank is dependent on the bank’s assessment of the borrower.
  • Moreover, for repairs and renovations, you can apply for a maximum loan of Rs.20 lakhs with Vijaya Bank.
  • While evaluating your home loan application, Vijaya Bank considers mainly these three factors a) 75 months of your gross monthly income, b) Whether minimum Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratio has been maintained or not. c) The applied limit.

  • The home loan interest rate offered by Vijaya Bank is 8.75% onwards and the processing fees and charges for home loan applications are 0.50% of the amount sanctioned with minimum of Rs. 1,000 + GST and maximum of Rs. 20,000 + GST.
  • There will also be a one-time inspection charge on home loans ranging up to Rs.10 lakh, this charge will be Rs. 2000 + GST. For loans above Rs. 10 lakh, the processing fees and other charges are Rs. 4000 + GST.
