How to Check BSNL Balance, Data Usage and Validity?

Using the BSNL Mobile App

To track your BSNL balance and plan details from your smartphone, use the BSNL Selfcare app and follow these steps:

• Download the BSNL Selfcare app from Google Play Store or App Store.
• Enter your BSNL mobile number and OTP to register/log on the app.
• Next, navigate the app to view your main balance, data limit, pack validity and active plan details.
• You can also browse and activate various BSNL plans including OTT, Broadband etc. through the app.

Via the WhatsApp Service

If you want to know your data/talktime balance or plan validity without downloading the BSNL Selfcare app, then do it via WhatsApp. BSNL’s WhatsApp service will help you get all information easily and instantly without any hassles. BSNL customers can also use this service to book a new fiber connection, pay bills, lodge a complaint, change your plan or subscribe to OTT services. To get started, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Save BSNL's official number 1800-4444 to your phone contacts.
Step 2: Open WhatsApp and send a ‘Hi’ to this number.
Step 3: An automated interactive menu will instantly appear on your mobile phone.
Step 4: Reply with the corresponding number or keyword to select an option and/or complete your request.

Through the BSNL Website
This is another way to check your BSNL balance, remaining data and validity. Follow the steps below to do so:

• Visit the official BSNL Selfcare website.
• Select your state and click ‘OK’ to proceed.
• Existing users can log in using their username, password and captcha code. New users should click on ‘Register Here’ and fill in the required details to create an account.
• After logging in, navigate to the main dashboard.
• Your current plan, active data balance and plan expiry date will be displayed on the screen.
