At first instance, aggrieved customers can communicate with the Grievance Redressal Officer of KreditBee. The company claims to resolve grievances within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of a grievance.
Nodal Officer
If the concerned customer does not receive a response within a specified time period from the Grievance Redressal Officer, or if the customer is dissatisfied with the response received, the concerned customer can escalate his/her grievance to the Nodal Officer.
