Level 1

Personal loan customers who wish to register a complaint against the lender’s services can do so using any of the below-mentioned methods:

  • Contact the Personal Loan customer care numbers of Federal Bank mentioned above
  • Send an email to contact@federalbank.co.in or dlcare@federalbank.co.in with their complaint. Customers based outside India can write to nrisupport@federalbank.co.in to register their complaints.
  • Visit the bank branch or submit their complaints online.
  • Send their complaint using the customer grievance form.
Level 2 – Zonal Nodal Officer

If the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution provided by the lender, he/she can contact the Nodal Officer through any of the following methods:
