How to Submit a Complaint at IDBI Bank Personal Loan?

  • Visit the official online complaint website of IDBI at https://crmsonline.idbibank.com/
  • Fill mandatory fields like complaint type, customer type, customer ID, account number, email ID, mobile number, etc.
  • Click on submit

IDBI Bank - Grievance Redressal

An individual can easily register his grievance through the bank’s diverse channels namely Phone Banking, Branch, SMS “IDBICARE” to 9220800800, Website, Emails and Letters.

Tier I

You can file a complaint at the branch level or you can call the bank or write a letter.

  • Call the customer care
  • Fill an online complaint form
  • Write to the bank at customercare@idbi.co.inor send a letter to 19th floor, IDBI Tower, WTC Complex, Cuffe Parade, Colaba, Mumbai 400 005

When you register a compliant with the help of any of these mediums, a unique Complaint ID is generated. If you do not get a reply or get an unsatisfactory repay on your complaint within 8 working days, you can use your unique complaint ID to escalate your complaint to Tier II.

You can approach the appointed Grievance Redressal Officers between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Saturday (Except 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month).
