  1. Missed Call Service: The existing customers of HDB Personal Loan can give a missed call to 080-69856108 from their registered mobile number for balance inquiry, EMI clearance status, loan details, refund and application status.
  2. My Portal: Customers can visit “My Portal” on the company’s website to manage their account
  3. WhatsApp Service: Customers can text "Hi" to 7304926929 on the WhatsApp message window to keep track of their loan accounts and other related services.
  4. Mobile App: Customers can download “HDB On The Go App” to view, apply and manage loan account
    Virtual Assistant: The company has a virtual assistant service called #AskPriya on the website which answers all customer's queries
  5. Email: Customers can mail their queries to customer.support@hdbfs.com

Grievance Redressal

Step 1: Queries / Feedback / Complaints

Personal loan customers can avail of any of the below-mentioned channels for grievances, queries, or complaints:

  • Call: +91-44 4298 4541 (excluding national holidays and regional holidays)
    Monday-Friday: 10.00 am to 6.00 pm, and
    1st & 2nd Saturdays: 10.00 am to 2.00 pm
  • Email: Customers can fill and submit Query/Request/Complaint/Feedback form available under the “Customer Support” section of HDB’s website
  • Visit the nearest branch: Customers can visit the “Branch Locator” section on the website to get their respective nearest branch details
  • Write to the company at the below-mentioned address:

Existing customers are requested to quote their Loan Account Number to the company's customer support officer during calls or while sending emails. HDB claims to provide a response within 10 working days.

Step 2: Complaints Redressal

If the concerned customer feels dissatisfied with the response received in Step 1 or does not receive a response within 10 working days; he/she can escalate the complaint to the company's Customer Services Manager by filling out the form available under the “Customer Support” section of the website

Customers are requested to quote their Loan Account Number, Ticket or Request Number to the company's Customer Escalations Team. HDB claims to provide a response within 10 working days.

Step 3: Grievance Redressal Officer

If the concerned customer does not feel satisfied with the response received in Step 2 or does not receive a response within 10 working days; he/she can escalate the complaint to the company's Grievance Redressal Officer whose details are mentioned below:
