ID proof: PAN Card, Passport, Voters ID, Driving License, Employee ID issued by Public Sector Undertaking/Defense/Government/reputed MNCs/Public Limited Company only, Bank pass book, Practice certificate issued by professional bodies like ICAI/ICSI/ICWAI/ICFA
