• Canara Bank credit cards are issued generally to customers who have savings or current account with Canara Bank

• Credit Card net banking facilities are available only if registered
• Once registered, the customer can login to the net banking account and view statement, unbilled transactions, and other credit card options under the Credit Card section
• Credit card bills could be paid through net banking where payment is done from the savings account that the customer has with Canara Bank

To register for Canara Bank Credit Card Net Banking, follow the steps mentioned below:

• Go through the terms and conditions of online registration for new registrations
• Click on ‘I Agree’ button at the end of the terms and conditions specified
• This takes you to the new window for Net Banking registration
• Enter the following details:

1. 13 Digit Account Number of Savings or Current Account
2. ATM/ Debit Card Number
3. Registered Mobile Number with Country code
4. Enter Customer ID, or enter the detail of anyone debit transaction from the most recent 5 transactions or enter the detail of anyone credit transaction from the most recent 5 transactions

• Select the access type that is required for Net Banking like Transfer and Inquiry Facility
• Fund Transferring facility will be enabled once the transaction password is generated
• Customers will get the inquiry facility while registering for net banking. For transferring fund or facility for tax payment, customer needs to get one transaction password
• Check the box to accept terms and conditions and Click on ‘I Agree’ tab
• OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number
• Enter OTP in the box provided and Re-enter OTP in the box provided below and ‘submit’
• Enter the password that you choose and re-enter the same password in the box below and submit
• Password should be as per bank’s guideline
• On successful submission, the User ID will be created, which is the Customer ID
• Net banking login could be done using Customer ID and newly set password from the ‘Login to Net banking’ tab in home page

Canara Bank Credit Card Net Banking password can be changed by following steps:

• Click on ‘FORGOT PASSWORD?’ menu
• Enter your User ID
• Enter Date of birth if Retail customer/ Enter Date of Incorporation for Corporate customers
• Enter PAN Card Number
• Enter Account Number
• Choose a new password as per password criteria mentioned by Canara bank
• Re-enter the password and click ‘Submit’
• Verify Details and click ‘Submit’
• Enter OTP and Re-enter OTP and Password and click ‘Submit’

• Go to ‘Credit Card’ and select the right one for which bill payment is needed

Follow the below-mentioned steps to reset Canara Bank Credit Card PIN through ATM:

• Insert the card in Canara Bank ATM
• Select your preferred language on the ATM screen
• Click on Green PIN/ Forgot PIN

• Enter 13-digit Account Number and press ‘Correct’ in the screen
• Enter your registered mobile number
• Enter the 10-digit registered mobile number and press ‘Correct’ button on the screen
