How to Apply Through the PMEGP Portal
Steps for New Application Filing
- Step 1. Visit the new PMEGP Portal.
- Step 2. Select the login option in the right corner of the menu bar.
- Step 3. Choose the "New Application" option.
- Step 4. Provide the required details in all the mandatory fields, select the required options from the dropdown menu, and click the 'Submit' button.

Tick the declaration and submit the application to proceed further.
- Step 5. 'User ID' and 'Password' are generated for future login. The credentials are also sent to the applicant via SMS on their registered mobile number.
Registered Applicant Login
- Step 6. Click on the "Registered Applicant Login" tab and log in using the user ID and password.
Edit Application
- Step 7. Select the "Edit Application" tab to update the details added at the initial level.
Score Card
- Step 8. Select the "Score Card" tab to update the score details and upload the necessary documents. Once all the documents are updated, click on the Submit button to save all the details.
Upload Documents
- Step 9. Click on the "Upload Documents" tab to upload all the mandatory documents listed in the tab. (All document sizes should be below 1 MB)
Final Submission
- Step 10. Once all the details are updated, click on the "Final Submission" tab. Verify all the details and documents uploaded and click on the Final Submit button to submit the application.
- Step 11. The application is now forwarded to the implementing agency as selected by the applicant.

PMEGP Online Application for Existing Units
Login:
- Step 1: Navigate to the login option and click on the "New Application for Applying for Second Loan".
- Step 2: Click on the third option, "Application for Existing Units (2nd Loan)".
- Step 3: Enter all the previous application details and other details to proceed with the generation of new application login details.
- Step 4: Once the application is submitted, login details are shared on the registered mobile number of the applicant, and the applicant can log in using the fourth option, "Registered Applicant Login (2nd Login)".
Edit Application:
- Step 5: Click on the Edit Application option to enter all the mandatory details required for the application. Enter the details shown below:
- Email ID
- Mobile No.
- Date of Complete Repayment of Loan
- Repayment Amount
- Unit Name
- GST Number
- Establishment Year
- Cost for Second Loan: Capital Expenditure, Working Capital, Total Amount
- No. of Employees
- Change bank details if required (By default, the section will contain the bank details of the previous sanction)
Upload Documents:
- Step 7: Click on the "Upload Documents" option to upload all the listed documents. Once uploaded, click on the Save button to proceed further.
Final Submission:
- Step 9: Click on the "Final Submission" option to get a detailed preview of all the details filled in the "Application Form" and the documents uploaded.
- Step 10: Tick the declaration and submit the application.
- Click on the "Yes" button to proceed further and then click on the "Final Submission" button.
- After the final submission, the application will be forwarded to the implementing agency for further processing.
