There are some fees and charges that are applicable to your Kotak Forex Card. These charges are as follows:

• Maximum daily ATM Cash Limit- 5000 USD
• Minimum daily ATM Cash Limit- 10 USD
• Maximum Daily POS limit-10000 USD
• Minimum Loading Amount- 100 USD
• Maximum Loading Amount- 5000 USD Daily/ Yearly

This card is available to all Indian Nationals who are travelling abroad and foreign nationals residing in India. The documents required are as follows:

• Details of personal visits to any country
• Details if you are going abroad for employment
• Business visits made by the individual or any proprietor of a firm.
• Details of education expenses abroad
• Details of medical expenses abroad.
• Forex Application Form
• Passport Copy
• LERMS Letter on your company letterhead.

You can apply for a Kotak Forex Card in any branch or by logging on to your net banking account. To apply online, you need to be an existing Kotak customer. All you have to do is log in to your net banking account. Then select the currency that you want to add and provide other details that are required. You have the option of picking your Forex Card from any Kotak bank near you or can have the card delivered to your doorstep. Once you have confirmed the amount, you can make the payment to have your card activated immediately.
