To make a claim, you need to make sure your medical condition for which you underwent treatment or surgery is listed for the claim. If it is, you are required to inform Future Generali about the same as soon as possible. This needs to be done in writing with the following supporting documents:
It is crucial to check the documents before applying for claim as any error or discrepancy can delay the payment received from the company. The original documents such as x-rays, blood tests and other reports are just required for review and are returned with the amount disbursed.

Yes, you can increase the coverage to help your family members (spouse, dependent children, and dependent parents).
Q2. Do I still need to go through medical check-up if I’ve done the same before applying for Future Generali Future Criticare?
Yes, if you are over the age of 45 years then you are liable to go to at one of the registered medical centers in the city and get your pre-policy medical check-up done. Although 50% of the medical costs incurred for the same shall be reimbursed to your by Future Generali.
Q3. In case of death, does my family get any amount as benefit?
No, event of death is not covered under this policy.
