RBL Bank Credit Card Grievance Redressal
RBL Bank has set up a three-level mechanism to resolve grievances related to banking, credit cards and micro finance.
First Level — One can raise grievances directly at the bank’s branch, 24×7 customer service teams, or by writing to the related department with complete details and issues.
When writing these letters or emails, make sure you mention your full name, contact details and account details. A response will be communicated to you within 10 calendar days.
Second Level – If you are not satisfied with the response received in the first level, you can escalate the issue to the Regional Nodal Officer for general and micro finance-related grievances and to the Head of Credit Cards Services for grievances related to credit cards. It is important to quote the reference number allotted by the bank in Level 1.
Third Level – If the issue is still not resolved within 10 calendar days, the next step is to escalate it to the Principal Nodal Officer. You can write an email to – principalnodalofficer@rblbank.com. The postal address is-
