You can avail it online or by calling the bank on its toll-free number 1800-419-4000.
What will my welcome pack include?
It includes a confirmation letter, registration form, terms and conditions, key-fobs and stickers for reminders.
What is the duration of Card Protection Membership?
This membership is active for one year from the date of membership set-up.
How can my membership be renewed?
When your membership is about to come to an end, the bank will automatically renew it by collecting payment. Also, a reminder will be sent to you 45 days before your date of renewal.
How can I report the loss of my credit card?
Once you have discovered the loss of your cards, you can report it by calling your credit card issuer. Then, they will get in touch with you in order to cancel your card immediately.
