When can credit limit be increased?
On completion of 12 months of membership the cardholder may request an increase in the credit limit.
What should one do in case the card is lost or stolen?
In case card is lost/stolen/misused, it must be reported immediately to the bank by sending SMS CCBLK < last four digits of the card > to 5676766 from the registered mobile number.
Afterwards, the cardholder should report the lost or stolen card to the local police station and a copy of the FIR report should be submitted with the bank.
